By creating an account or accessing WebsiteIndexer.io (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Authorized Use and Account Responsibility

You agree to use Website Indexer exclusively for lawful indexing operations on web domains that you legally own, operate, or are explicitly authorized to manage. You may not attempt to submit third-party backlinks, malicious code, phishing endpoints, or URLs that violate Google Search Essentials.

2. Nature of the Indexing Service

Website Indexer provides automated, high-priority URL dispatching powered by our proprietary in-house IndexEngine. While our service accelerates crawler discovery and notification, the ultimate decision to index, rank, or position any URL in search results rests entirely with search engines and their editorial algorithms.

3. Subscriptions, Renewals, and Cancellations

  • Free Trial: New accounts on the Starter plan receive a 7-day trial. You may cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged.
  • Billing: Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your selection. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your active billing period.

4. Fair Use and Rate Limits

Each plan includes a designated monthly URL submission quota. We reserve the right to throttle or temporarily pause submissions that exceed API velocity thresholds or attempt denial-of-service disruptions against our distributed network.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebsiteIndexer.io and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from algorithmic search ranking fluctuations, search engine policy updates, or temporary service interruptions.
