Cancelling Your Plan

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. You have two choices:

• Cancel: your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.
• Cancel Now: your plan ends straight away.

Cancelling does not refund a payment by itself. To ask for a refund, follow the steps below.

Cancelling During a Free Trial

The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and your card will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your card is charged $5.99 when the trial ends and monthly after that.

Changing Plans

Plans cannot be upgraded or downgraded directly. To move to a different plan, cancel your current plan first, then choose the new one.

7-Day Refund

You can ask for a refund of your first payment within 7 days of making it. On a plan with a free trial, your first payment is the one taken when the trial ends. Renewal payments are not covered.

How To Ask for a Refund

Email us at support [at] websiteindexer [dot] io from the email address on your account, and tell us the plan you bought. Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your payment provider.
